Your Job Offer
After being offered employment as the teacher of record, you will first notify Nevada Teachers by submitting an ‘I Got a Job’ form.
Submit a request to the Nevada DOE for issuance of a Conditional License. Your employing school will provide information on completing your fingerprinting and background check.
We will work with you to set-up a monthly payment plan for the remaining program balance fees.
Your Internship Year
During this first year, you will lead your own classroom as a full-time teacher with full pay and benefits. You will be assigned a Field Supervisor and a mentor to provide support, answer questions, and help guide you through any situation that may arise. You will begin teaching on a Conditional License while working towards full certification.
The following requirements are completed during the internship year:
Teach two full semesters as teacher of record to fulfill program requirements.
Teach four full semesters to earn your Standard License.
Up to three classroom observations scheduled by your dedicated Field Supervisor.
At The End of Your Internship Year
Your campus principal and Field Supervisor each make a certification recommendation regarding your performance in the classroom.
Next, Nevada Teachers provides a certificate of program completion.
Your final step to full certification is applying to the state for your Standard License, including the submital of the above documents.

Should a candidates’s enrollment in the Florida Teachers program be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following policies:
Cancellation can be made in person, by electronic mail, by Certified Mail or by termination.
All monies will be refunded if the Program does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the admission agreement and making an initial payment.
Cancellation after the third (3rd) Business Day, but before the first day teaching, results in a refund of all monies paid to the Program, with the exception of the initial program admission fee ($295).
Cancellation after employment begins as a teacher of record will result in a termination in the collection of monthly payments. All monthly Program payments collected prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of candidates’ enrollment or receipt of Cancellation Notice from candidate.

Nevada Teachers Admission Process
Nevada Teachers requires all candidates pursuing admission to the program to provide evidence of the following:
Minimum of a 2.5 GPA. Candidates seeking Elementary certification are required to have 6 hours each of math, science, and social studies on their undergrad transcripts.
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution
Official transcripts with date conferred
Be a United States Citizen
A completed application
An interview with a representative of Nevada Teachers
Successfully passing the Nevada Teachers’ online screening instrument
Program Pricing Details
The total cost of the program is $4495, and over 91% of the costs are deferred until you begin teaching.
Pay only $395 for full access to teacher training, expert guidance, and everything you need to be successful in the classroom.
The deferred balance only becomes payable once you are hired as a full-time teacher, and typically in equal monthly installments over your first year teaching.
